Have you ever experienced sun burn? I've seen and heard people say how horrible the pain is and they would never want to go though it again. The funny thing about that is they do experience it again because they don't wear sunscreen. I'm not going to lie I don't wear sunscreen as much as I should. I buy the foundation that already has sunscreen in it an I go about the day, but I should be putting it on every part of my body that's exposed to the sun. Not only in the summer but all year round. Did you know you're supposed to put on sunscreen all year round? It does make sense, the sun is still there in the winter. Even though I'm a black women and the sun may not effect me the way it might for white women, it's still just as important. The skin is the biggest organ and the only protection it has is us. Take every step you can to keep your skin healthy. Using my affiliates, I found the 20 best sunscreens selling this summer. I split them up, so there's 10 face sunscreens and 10 for the body.
